← All ways to work

01 / HubSpot & RevOps

You’re the one holding HubSpot together.

When the numbers don’t match, the AI pilot gives answers nobody can use, or finance has to chase sales again, work with Ryan in the portal you already run. Learn how to check and maintain what you build.

The work has outgrown the workaround

Does this look familiar?

The quote is more complicated.

Multi-year terms with annual uplifts, location-specific line items, or additions and changes partway through a contract.

Finance types it all in again.

A signed contract still has to be re-keyed into NetSuite or another finance system.

The handoff loses the context.

Sales and post-sale work live in different tools, with no joined view of what was sold, billed and delivered.

Admin Level-Up

  1. 01

    See the possibilities.

Start with work you own. That could mean auditing why records disagree, using the command line to check a portal, or building a custom UI extension.

  2. 02

    Choose a useful first build.

Agree the business goal, quoting rules, permissions and acceptance checks. Align the system owner and budget approver before committing.

  3. 03

    Build and learn together.

Develop the agreed solution while working through its data, decisions and tests with you. Practice the checks and exceptions using your real workflow.

  4. 04

Evaluate and own the next step.

Review the result against the agreed goal. Document how it works, who maintains it and when specialist help is needed. Choose whether a further connection would be useful.

Agree what to measure before the work and when to check it again. Bring the result and what you can now do on your own to your sponsor.

What comes next

Choose the help your team needs.

Admin Level-Up. Build with Ryan in your portal and learn to run and extend the result.

Fixed build. If the work needs a larger integration or a change to your data model, agree the scope and checks up front. See Project Delivery.

Operating Partnership. If your team needs ongoing capacity, agree what USS will build and what your team will learn to take on.

A clear decision on both sides

You know the process.
Your approver needs the scope.

You bring the process knowledge. Together, turn it into a clear scope for your budget approver: the business goal, agreed build, acceptance checks and responsibilities.

We use the existing HubSpot experience where it fits. Access, permissions, data handling and review steps are agreed for the interface or integration.

Want to build your own capability with newer tools?

If you use AI or the command line, start with approved access and real examples. You decide what can change and how you’ll verify it.

Is this the right kind of HubSpot help?

This path is for the people who own HubSpot. It fits if you manage the portal and need to build or change something beyond your team’s current capacity.

Admin Level-Up

What happens first

Start with a free 30-minute conversation. Tell us what you want your team to be able to do and where it keeps getting stuck. We’ll talk about who needs to be involved and where it makes sense to start.

If there’s a fit, we’ll propose a first paid engagement. For Admin Level-Up, we agree on a change you want to make in HubSpot. We check which records and access the work needs, agree what to measure, and build and test it with you.

You keep the instructions and test cases, and practice running the result yourself. We’ll agree on the scope, fee, timing, and time your team needs to set aside before work begins.

Show your sponsor the work

The HubSpot route is one way to start building the wider Company OS. Pick a problem your team and sponsor both recognize. For example, sales marks a deal won and finance still has to ask for the billing terms. Agree what the system can check, what AI can prepare, and who decides when the records disagree.
