What to agree first
A decision you can make with your team.
Name the work that needs to improve. Agree who can approve access and which people need time to test it. Ask the team to show you how it works today and how they’ll judge the change.
For example, if Finance keeps correcting invoices, agree how you’ll count those corrections and who approves an exception. Ask the workflow owner to run a fresh case the following week.
