Foundation Readiness Assessment

Answer honestly. This assessment will show you which layers of the prerequisite stack need work before context graph capabilities become possible.

01

Data Model Integrity

Do your CRM objects match how you actually talk about your business?

Can you find a customer's complete history without checking multiple systems?

Are your custom fields actually used, or accumulated over years?

When someone new joins, can they understand your CRM without tribal knowledge?

Do your object associations reflect real business relationships?

02

Human Enablement

Do people update the CRM because it helps them, or because they're told to?

Are there "workarounds" that everyone knows but nobody documents?

How few spreadsheets run parallel to your CRM?

When you find bad data, can you trace it to the behavior that created it?

Does each role know their CRM responsibilities and why they matter?

03

Operational Discipline

Is there a clear owner of data quality? (Not "everyone")

Do you conduct regular CRM audits that result in changes?

Do you have metrics that show when data quality is degrading?

Is there a process for when new business processes need CRM changes?

Does someone review and maintain CRM hygiene weekly?

04

Context Graph Readiness

Can you explain why a deal was won or lost with CRM data alone?

Does your CRM capture decisions, or just outcomes?

If a key person left, how much institutional knowledge would survive?

Are your reports useful for decisions, or just mandatory?

Could an AI understand your customer relationships from your CRM data?
